Grace Church is part of Commission, an international family of churches

Newfrontiers

Grace Church is part of a worldwide family of churches, known as Newfrontiers. The
Newfrontiers movement of churches has grown over the last 30 years to more than 850
churches in over 60 nations, on every continent. Newfrontiers aims to restore the church by
making disciples, training leaders, planting churches, and reaching the nations.

Commission

Grace Church is a Commission church, which is one of the spheres which belongs to Newfrontiers.
Commission is a family of churches based in the UK, Spain, Portugal, India, Ghana and other nations.

These churches actively work together in seeing the kingdom advance through church planting, raising leaders, ministry with the poor and going to the nations.

We also have connections with churches in other countries including Myanmar, Zambia, the Far East,
and Mongolia.

This family of churches actively work together to see God's kingdom advance through: church planting, starting new churches raising and training leaders going to the nations social action reaching the unreached working with the poor Commission churches are united by shared core values, we’re committed to loving Jesus and helping others know Him too.

Team

Commission is led by Guy Miller who has a team working with him. One of his team has a specific apostolic role for Grace Church. That is Andrew Lawrence.

Andrew leads Harvest Church Alton and has a similar apostolic role for a number of churches in our region. Andrew is supported in this role by Andy Le Roux, who leads the Vine Church, Odiham.

Events and Training

Commission organise a number of events for its network of churches. This includes Commission Festival, a great time of worship, teaching and fun which takes place over the August bank holiday each year. Commission also organise a number of training events, as well as offering a range of teaching and worship events across the south and south-west of the UK.

Affiliations

Locally we’re part of Churches Together Salisbury, as well as a member of the Evangelical Alliance.
